2. SIP AI Literacy Micro Cert

If you’d like to dive deeper, you’ll find a much more comprehensive course here (approx. 60 minutes, 79 learning steps) with ten chapters: ranging from the AI landscape to machine learning, advanced prompt techniques, RAG, AI agents, and the responsible use of AI in business. The EU AI Act and typical risks in continuous operation, such as model drift, are also covered.
What makes this course special is that it concludes with a final exam. Those who pass it successfully will receive the coveted Gold Badge, valid for twelve months. This course also serves as an excellent foundation for training employees in accordance with the legal requirements of the EU AI Act (particularly Article 4).
