Since we founded Spirit in Projects more than 10 years ago, we’ve been motivated by just one thing – to help our customers bridge the gap between business and IT. We see IT as a realm where ideas can be transformed into reality and lasting value can be generated. To that end, we bring together people, specialty disciplines and organizations — just one factor which makes our approach unique.
Spirit in Projects pulls together practical experience from the areas of consultation, training and innovation management, and in that way provides you with a holistic approach for your success. Our projects always focus on the benefits they’ll provide, thus turning technology into a catalyst for innovation.
Spirit in Projects consultants support organizations both in their specific areas of expertise and in the area of IT, and our collaborations always achieve outstanding results. This is because that no matter what the project is, it’s always about bringing together people and their knowledge. As a result, we bring together the expert knowledge we’ve gathered from projects in a wide variety of domains then, as consultants, structure business processes in a number of sectors of industry. This transfer of know-how is of the utmost importance to us, since it ensures the long-term success of the consultation we provide.
This approach is already anchored in our founding principle – originally, the people who were to eventually manage Spirit in Projects wanted to found an IT civil engineering firm based on their conviction that projects achieve better results through good engineering planning. As a result, Spirit in Projects was characterized by an interdisciplinary approach from the very start: Josef Widl brought the company experience from the field of software quality management, while Karl Schott came from the area of civil engineering and Wolfgang Hiermann had worked in project management.
