As a result, we bring together the expert knowledge we’ve gathered from projects in a wide variety of domains then, as consultants, structure business processes in a number of sectors of industry. This transfer of know-how is of the utmost importance to us, since it ensures the long-term success of the consultation we provide.

This approach is already anchored in our founding principle – originally, the people who were to eventually manage Spirit in Projects wanted to found an IT civil engineering firm based on their conviction that projects achieve better results through good engineering planning. As a result, Spirit in Projects was characterized by an interdisciplinary approach from the very start: Josef Widl brought the company experience from the field of software quality management, while Karl Schott came from the area of civil engineering and Wolfgang Hiermann had worked in project management.
