About the training
Large agile projects present a special challenge to product owners and product managers. The larger and more complex a project, the more difficult it is to have at hand requirements which have been prepared and coordinated sufficiently well and made available in the form of stories, etc. Furthermore, product owners need to assume a number of management tasks in agile projects, and must sometimes even do that for multiple teams. This course will teach you how to overcome these challenges and still ensure that requirements quality remains consistently high and that development can move forward quickly.
Goal
You’ll learn agile requirements engineering methods which are essential for large agile projects. You’ll be able to work successfully as a product owner or product manager in projects which use a scaled agile procedural model.
